The Health Continuum is a rational way to view, evaluate and improve your health. It is a continuum. On one end of the continuum is perfect health and on the other end is death. The Health Continuum is comprised of nine "strands." These represent the separate and distinct factors that, in both individual and synergistic ways, combine to produce your total health picture and your position on The Health Continuum.

I believe almost everyone wants to live a long life of health and vigor. In addition, I believe that everyone is able and willing to make some lifestyle changes right now that would move him or her closer to perfect health and further away from death.
